Arbitration in the Netherlands, in particular NAI arbitration biedt zowel Nederlandstalige als niet Nederlandstalige belangstellenden veel informatie over het Nederlandse arbitragerecht en de Nederlandse arbitragepraktijk, en in het bijzonder over arbitrage bij het Nederlands Arbitrage Instituut (NAI). De publicatie sluit aan bij het in 2024 herziene NAI arbitragereglement alsook bij recente HR-rechtspraak over de betekenis van een mediationclausule.
