The Princess of the Sea tells the story of Miranda, a beautiful mermaid who lives in a cave at the bottom of the Mewstone, a large outcrop of rock just off the south coast of Devon, and of her adventures with her friends. The characters are fictitious, but the locations are real. The author combines fantasy with fiction to create a magical story.
