Malachi prophesied that in the last days, "...The Sun of Righteousness shall arise With healing in His wings; And you shall go out And grow fat like stall-fed calves. You shall trample the wicked, For they shall be ashes under the soles of your feet On the day that I do this, Says the LORD of hosts" (Malachi 4:2-3). Malachi's prophecy exactly parallels Paul's prophesy to the Romans, "And the God of peace will crush Satan under your feet shortly" (Romans 16:20). The church has been waiting and longing for Paul's "shortly" to come to pass now for many centuries and that wonderful day has finally arrived, along with its miraculous healings, abundant provision and resounding victory-it is an exciting day to be alive!
