A ToolBox Talk (TBT) is a pre-job task made to ensure that parties involved in the task have a full understanding of what they should do. TBTs are not a tick the box exercise, the author challenges this perception and presents a case for making engaging TBTs to deliver safe working environments and a complete understanding of the task.
