This volume contains 64 papers published between 1857 and 1862 by the prolific Victorian mathematician Arthur Cayley. A key figure in the creation of modern algebra, Cayley went on to become Sadleirian Professor of Pure Mathematics at Cambridge, and president of the British Association for the Advancement of Science.
