Loosely based on the Westboro Baptist Church (hailing from Alex Grecian's hometown), State Trooper Skottie Foster's move home to rural Kansas is destabilised when she joins in the hunt for World War Two villain Rudolph Bormann, whose effect on the town turns out to be comparably sinister to his Nazi crimes.
