Maligned, Cussed, Discussed and Much Beloved Texas Weather Man
Omschrijving
This is the autobiography of Joseph L. Cline, brother of Dr Isaac Monroe Cline. In 1892 he joined his sibling in the service of the Weather Bureau in Galveston, and was responsible for sending out the last message to Washington, DC. As a result, aid was swift in arriving, and many lives were saved.
