Marvin, a dorky 8-year-old kid, has a lot to prove. The bullies at school taunt him, his friends are not very helpful, and all he wants is to be accepted. Marvin, in an attempt to be cool and accepted, starts to take karate. In his mind, if he becomes a karate expert, he wont be the dorky 8-year-old anymore.
