Baby Bear does not feel well. She is losing weight, feeling tired, drinking a lot of water, and going to the bathroom a lot. She goes to Dr. Goldilocks who examines her and determines that she has diabetes. This book by Edward Gale Movius, MD, FACP, FACE, describes the symptoms, diagnostic tests, and treatment of diabetes. Dr. Movius graduated from the School of Medicine, University of California, San Diego, and completed a fellowship in endocrinology, diabetes, and metabolism at the National Institutes of Health. He has treated diabetes, thyroid, and endocrine patients for over forty years.
