Steve is a fun, loving, and friendly shark who sets out on a journey to visit a new fish park. Because of his looks, he is not able to enter the park. Drawing upon his imagination, Steve gets creative to pass the gate. A sudden turn of events places Steve in a position to show the others his value as both a fish and a friend. Steve's actions set a wave in motion and turns a day of disappointment into a day of celebration.
