Stalin gets Roosevelt and Churchill to meet at Yalta. Roosevelt wants the United Nations to be established, Churchill and Stalin want sovereign nations within their empires to be recognised at the United Nations. Germany is defeated but war continues in the east until the atom bomb is delivered.
