Taking place in sunny Amsterdam, the main character suddenly finds himself at the end of a long-term relationship. Struggling to make sense of it all, he realizes how much of himself was tied to his relationship. When his normal habits and rituals no longer support him, he ventures to understand who he is on his own. Traveling back in time, he hopes to find clues for who he can become.
