On Friday, May 13th, 14-year-old Diana Halloran disappears. She takes a short cut home from school through a wooded ravine, and is never seen again. Months later, her shoes are found in Gary Malone's basement. The police search and find more of her clothing. And that's when Malone's nightmare begins. Malone is a popular young real estate agent, but overnight he turns into a murdering sex fiend. His best friends, Luke and Betty Summer, turn against him.
