It includes dealing with human factors, human psychology, human behavior, managing peak performance, work-enabling environment, transformational management, and preparing for challenges of disruption. Managing workplace change takes time and focus. The communication has to go both ways. It is critical to ask professionals for input, to address concerns as they arise, to identify the influencers within teams, and to engage them in efforts.
