Halo Halo
Halo-Halo is a popular Filipino dessert (like ice cream) made of shaved ice, evaporated milk, and various ingredients.
My best friends introduced me to Halo-Halo years ago. I'm so thankful for their friendship and to be treated like family by my Filipino brothers, sisters, aunties, and uncles. :-)
Halo-Halo has so many special ingredients that I like to think of it as both eating a delicious dessert AND having a treasure hunt at the same time!
