When Corrie Wright is informed by the Chief of Police and Nolan Porter, the high school principal for whom she formerly taught, that Nolan's missing daughter's car has been found in the river and they want Corrie to sub at the school in hopes of finding information that will help them find his daughter. She is wary, but agrees to help solve the cold case.
She and Nolan must learn to work together to find justice for Nola, his daughter.
