Feature Papers to Celebrate the Landmarks of Catalysts

As scientists and engineers, we publish papers because we want others to read and learn from our work. We hope to make substantial contributions to the body of knowledge. For this reason, it is critical that the journals we publish in are widely read and cited. Since its start on 9 May2011, the editorial board and guest editors have been working to make Catalysts an outstanding journal that receives the highest quality submissions. Our goal has been to have Catalysts included in the major citation indices in order to provide its authors with the visibility and impact that they desire. I am pleased to relate that we have met this goal, as Catalysts has been selected for inclusion in the Scopus and Science Citation Index Expanded (SCIE). In 2015, Catalysts received its first impact factor (2.0). These are major milestones for our growing journal, and are worthy of celebration.
