The phenomenon of Yugonostalgia is still very present all over the world, especially in Europe, that is why I decided to closely examine it. In Slovenia there are many movies with Yugonostalgic themes. I chose three movies for analysis: Outsider, Kajmak in marmelada and ¿efurji raus!. I wanted to research how people abroad understand Yugonostalgia and if it is possible for them to understand its use in movies and general discourse.
