»Prenatal Sex Selection«
The thesis investigates technologies of prenatal sex selection and compares the legal situation in Germany to Indian and US-American regulations. The current legal situation in Germany is then evaluated from a constitutional law perspective. The thesis elaborates on how banning prenatal sex selection contributes to gender equality and concludes on a proposal for a legal reform.
