»The Integration of Religious Diversity in State Schools. Making the Case for an Integration-Sensitive Interpretation and Application of the Fundamental Right to Religious Freedom«: The study analyses important constitutional and administrative court decisions on aspects of religious practice in state schools and places them in the relevant context. Against the background of the prevailing discourses in Germany on religious pluralisation and integration, developments on the topics of teachers' headscarves, prayer in school, homeschooling and compulsory participation in school events are highlighted and critically commented on.
