»Coherent Development Cooperation through Law. The Pros and Cons of a Law on German Development Cooperation taking into Consideration the Development Acts of Leading Donor Countries«: In contrast to numerous donor countries, Germany hasn't enacted a law on Official Development Assistance. This study analyzes the Status Quo of the legal foundations of the German Development Cooperation. The Staus Quo is compared to existing Laws on Official Development Assistance of selected donor countries in order to determine the conditions under which the enactment of such a Law would also be desirable in Germany.
