At the same Time, a Contribution to the Discussion about the Control Competence over Specialized Courts«: The dissertation examines the control activities of the Federal Constitutional Court in constitutional complaints in child law cases. Based on the dogmatic models of control competence represented in the literature, the work examines the actual decision-making behavior of the court and then devotes itself to the determination of control limits with recourse to functional-legal arguments.
