»The Child and Youth Pornography Crimes in the Age of New Media«: This thesis examines the criminal grounds used to justify the criminal liability of child and youth pornography crimes in the age of new media. For this purpose, the perpetrators, their motivation, and the victims have been examined. The modalities of the commission to indict the criminals - regardless of the path of transmission of the pornographic content - were analyzed. The focus of this analysis was to consider whether there are penal gaps in the system and to test their plausibility for future cases. Throughout the thesis, constellations of intent and error are presented by dividing them into two clauses.
