»Extrajudicial Regulation of Conflicts Subject to Criminal Law«: The dissertation deals with the phenomenon of criminally relevant conflicts that are not regulated by state procedures but within culturally homogeneous groups. It identifies the limits of lawful extrajudicial criminal conflict regulation, analyses the practices of internal regulation in the environment of extended families of Turkish-Kurdish and Arab provenance and examines possible reactions of the state under the rule of law.
