Leaving the comfortable world of just sitting and talking carries a certain risk with it. But the idea of risking something proves valuable for therapy, counseling, coaching and supervision: Standing up and doing something unexpected can be a good thing. Change demands having new experiences, and therapy should thus become the 'place to have insights,' the 'place to experience new things' - new thoughts, new feelings and new actions, the latter in a very physical sense.
