The book is an outcome of rigorous research of the author on Kumal community, an indigenous community of Rural Nepal whose indigenous profession is pottery making. The book digs the issue of plunging of inter-generational transfer of the profession. The author has tried to explore and explain the reason behind declining trend of handover of indigenous profession of indigenous profession. The author has looked at the issue from the lens of theory of sustainability and theory of resilience.
