A new soul goes to Heaven, a soul named Tom, who is named a wing fitter, an angel in charge of giving other angels their wings. Meanwhile, in Hell, a pure soul lands in the fiery abyss by accident, and this soul named Joli finds work as a soul binder, someone who brings one's soul back together from pieces.
