Everything should be right in the world for wedding planner Tally Davis. She's rebuilt her life in Georgia after Hurricane Maria ruined everything in a night on Vieques Island. Now, she's a successful entrepreneur on Jekyll Island, and happily engaged to a hot state trooper. But not everybody Tally left behind in Puerto Rico is celebrating her success.
